and an addition to the tattoo.

CHEERS MY FRIENDS. HAVE A PROSPEROUS NEW YEAR.

in 2009, I'm going to be stepping on my 30's.

and with that I say Cheers to beauty! ONLY GOOD!

TO LOVE, LIGHT, LIFE, WAY and TRUTH!

To a shinier light! To a bitter free forward looking future of prosperity and peace.

This year you taught me how to love and how to be compassionate. You never fail to be faithful to your childs cry.

I cried so many times this year and YOU NEVER LEFT ME. You walked beside me.

THANK YOU FATHER!

Dear Remy

Remy, you will not be afraid of love. You will not be afraid to love. You are love. This is Real.

You will not be afraid of the price to pay for giving your love away, you have so much and if you lack you know where and how to get more you have a supply, someone more powerful than you has love that is infinite, and that same someone's love brought you to this point.

Remy, you will not be scared of the future that has not happened yet.

Remy you will not be afraid to ever so find out that along the lines of chances you will be committing the same mistakes that you forgot to take note of or made an excuse of forgetting.

You are doing this not for yourself, because you made a commitment and you made a stand in the world that you will not be one of the spinning, the confused, the darkened and the perishing, you made a commitment in the line of truth and light and you chose to live. You know that standing in this truth lead you to an advancement. Look at your life now, imagine how your life is going to be...keep looking farther!

And in the process Remy, you will lead the people you encounter to the path you have chosen because you want them to be on this side of space, you want people to live, again not for your sake but for the fight you put your passion on, keep that passion growing.

You will continue to grow in commitment. You will not give up in doing what you say and finishing what you started.

You deserve the same heart in friendships and in love.Anything else is crap, love yourself, you do not deserve crap yet be not entitled to what is for you. Remember, love is the source of all these. Always walk with humility knowing in your gut what enough means.

You will not sacrifice your ground to the world’s pressures of where and what you are supposed to have. All you need is something to keep that fire in your belly active, More of God, less of evil, more of hard work and winning and less of greed and jealousy.

You conquer your battles in your cubicle, when your mind is idle, it breeds evil. Idle calling leads your head to places you should not go to. Be aware.

And Remy, I love you do not forget that. You are beautiful, you deserve to be happy.

FAR BEHIND- CANDLEBOX

While I have backlogs in this blog and because I am busy in a lot of things. I will just share a lyric in a song. This is weird exactly what I want to say.

Candlebox Far Behind - Candlebox

Now maybe
I didn't mean to treat you bad
But I did it anyway
And now maybe
Some would say your life was sad
But you lived it anyway
And so maybe
Your friends they stand around
they watch you crumble
As you falter to the ground
And then someday
Your friends they stand
beside as you were flying
Oh you were flying oh so high

But them someday people look
at you for what they call
their own
They watch you suffer
Yeah they hear you calling home
But then some day we could take our time
To brush the leaves aside so you can reach us
But you left me far behind

Now maybe
I didn't mean to treat you oh so bad
But I did it anyway
Now maybe some would say you're
left with what you had
But you couldn't share the pain

No, no, no
Couldn't share the pain, they watch you suffer

Now maybe I could have made my own mistakes
But I live with what I've known
And then maybe we might
share in something great
But won't you look at where we've grown
Won't you look at where we've gone
But then someday comes
tomorrow holds a sense of what
I feel for you in my mind
As you trip the final line
And that cold day when you lost control
Shame you left my life so soon
you should have told me
But you left me far behind
Now maybe I didn't mean to treat you oh so bad
But I did it anyway
Now maybe some would say you're
left with what you had
But you couldn't share the pain
No, no, no

Oh no
Oh no no no no...
Now maybe I didn't mean to treat you oh so bad
But I did it anyway
Now maybe some would say you're
left with what you had
But you couldn't share the pain
I said times have changed your friends
They come and watch you crumble to the ground
They watch you suffer
Yeah, they hold you down
Hold you down
Now maybe brother, maybe love
I didn't mean to treat you bad
But you left me far behind
Left me far behind
Left me far
Behind

Lesson Learned from Courtney Love

I remember the days..I got hooked with those gurrl bands back in my high school days. Saving up for tapes of Hole, Veruca Salt, Babes in Toyland among others, I would grab a hold of our kitchen mortar or brush and sang on my gut when this song was played.

I think courtney sang this right after Kurt Cobain Took his life and shot himself in the kitchen floor.

I had a phase where I so adored Courtney love, I used her lipstick, I would be collecting her pictures buying magazines with her on it. I was a fan. She was my rock madonna.

But this song, for some strange reason is a good lesson learned from those days. until now channelling anger with this song on tow is a funny thing.
I can say this song has pumped my gas up for years.

If you want to sing along, go ahead.

VIOLET-HOLE

And the sky was made of amethyst
And all the stars look just like little fish
You should learn when to go
You should learn how to say no

Might last a day yeah
Mine is forever
Might last a day, yeah
Well mine is forever

When they get what they want they never want it again
When they get what they want they never want it again

Go on, take everything, take everything I want you to
Go on, take everything take everything take everything I want you to

And the sky was all violet I want it again, but more violet, more violet
Hey, Im the one with no soul
One above and one below

Go on, take everything take everything I want you to
Go on, take everything take everything I want you to

I told you from the start just how this would end
When I get what I want I never want it again

Go on, take everything take everyting I want you to
Go on, take everything, take everything I want you to
Go on, take everything, take everything I want you to
Go on, take everything, take everything I want you to
Go on take everything take everything take everything take everything

Music, Work and You

Because I am just curious, I asked these brokers, bankers, recruters and analyst associations of mine what effect music brings to them when they are at work

Some people cannot work without a specific genre playing in their ipod or pc. Some people like silence. Others have their energies surging over techno tunes.

Here are the answers that came up:

I can make better and faster decisions when listening to house music. - Noel Magada, Recruiter

I listen to new age - meditation music in the background when I need to focus and calm down and then listen to rock music when I want to get energized - Dawn Van Zant, Investorideas.com

Good question! CNBC is on my TV from the minute I walk in and it's the last thing I turn off when I leave (90% of the time the volume is off and I play music). What I listen to really depends on my mood at the time and what I'm working on or who I'm preparing to meet w/. When I need to get pumped up it's usually metal (Pantera, Slayer...) When I need to "chill" I'll listen to Bach's Cello Suites- My all time favorite being Rostropovich's version (my deserted island disc).-Greg Plancher, Financial Advisor/ Broker H&R Block Financial

By the way, I need punk/rock inthe morning, country music at work, but love jazz in the evenings for interlude and then back to rock for the rest if the night. -
Dean Haskell, Former CEO, Real American Restaurants, Restaurant Analyst, Morgan Joseph and Co.

I on the other hand plug in my personal evolution cd from the place i call home ;) and get energized. And for some brain r&r I plug in My collection of nature sounds like piano in the beach and amazon rainforest. I also play my chillout collection, Theivery Corporation, Telefon Tel Aviv, japanese electronica (no lyrics please), Coldcut, Lovage, Hed Kandi, Ministry of Sound Lamb, Frou Frou, Masive Attack, Zero 7and for some dynamic setting I play Tiesto, Orbital, Groove Armada, Ferry Corsten, Hooverphonic, Chicane, Paul Oakenfold and Victor Calderone. When I want some heat I play Pearl Jam, Some Pantera but not all. I have a technique in my ipod to shut up the lyrics so all I can hear are the riffs.

Roads

There are just some nice, good, things that happen in somebody's life. Sometimes they are too good and nice that we tend to make a big deal out of it because we see ourselves too small, walking in stiff steps we fumble, stumble and fall.

Because it was too huge to handle, we crush ourselves in the process. Thats when you have to have people who care enough to grab you by the horns and bring you back up, no matter what. People around you who believe that you are more than you think you are they are violently grabbing you out of the quagmire you stumbled yourself with. In this crazy world where friends come and go, I count myself lucky because I am sorrounded by people who love me. As unbelievable as it is, I was so loved. Perfect love that drives away fear, melts the hardest heart of men.

I can say I had a very hard heart, the hardest heart that I have ever known at least. A heart that abhored vulnerable moments, who smoked and drank away that squeezy feeling everytime it came, quit smoking and drinking and got addicted to smoke screens and as you give up the last addiction of your life, you see yourself naked, weak and raw. It is a new and uncharted territory but you know, it's something good and amazing. With wobbling knees and hands gripping to the source, you trekk the road full of emotions, and choices of feelings. When you know what you know it should be easy, but when you know what you know and yet refuse to cleave on the truth of what you know you are setting yourself up to fail.

Life was a gift given with roads, intersections, detours, u-turns and sideskirts. You and I are just dumb travellers and yet in our dumbness we are offered things called bounties. We walk and eat chew and spit the good from the bad. All that was primary was life and death, night and day, and we just walk, talk and taste. As men evolved standards were raised, the word Good was conceptualized and defined and the word bad was put to place as anything that is not defined as good. As men constantly evolved, the defintion of the 2 primary elements became more complicated as people became greedy in between grabbing definition to justify their existence. But still with this are the same roads, intersections, detours, u-turns and sideskirts that were always available as pathways towards a beggining and an end.

And I just want to be of the dumb. Theres nothing personal to a dumb man, there is nothing that is extraordinary, a stumbling block and a detterent to a dumb man because he just walks and chooses from the primary things in life which is light and dark along with life and death. What a dumb man does is open his mouth and say OH.

Today, People..

.....Are pissed off because they did not get the deal they we're looking forward to have.
.....Just came out of the hospital happy. It's a baby boy!
.....Are looking for ways to put rice in the table tonight.
.....Are thinking of suicide as a means to end their life.
.....Are preparing for that friday night party.
.....Buying stuff for a birthday present tomorrow.
.....Preparing to get their nails done.
.....driving to the province.

But there are some, like a friend of mine who did not know he is not going to wake up again. Nobody knew. He just slept probably thinking how to make his girl happy tomorrow or what to give her for Christmas or what have you. Now his family is flying back from New Jersey on a night flight, his sister going home to Indang to take care of his interment.

Mark, You will be missed.

So okay I give it a shot. You will never know. And then I got a reply.

SO I say wow sure. And then I confirmed.

Trekking the makati lane and looking for the building I chanced upon this:

THAT IS THE ONLY ESTABLISHMENT INSIDE I PROCEEDED AND ASKED FOR THE LADY's NAME and there she was.

I walked out because I was pissed. I have nothing against MLM , they are money making opportunities for people who are very very hard working and very very pr oriented but the thing is they were poor in selling me to go and have an orientation. I was thinking they had to entice me with some salesbook technique and not be direct. I tried going once with a friend but a different product and the reason why I went is because he directly asked me to go and he told me where and what it was. He did not run around and tell me some mystical money thats going to land in my lap just because I am going to deal with email follow ups and calls for a US listed company.

But it reflects something though about what my mind and eyes see and grab...FOOL! I learned a good lesson about this today and as pissed as I was for wasting time, I cannot get pissed at them. Truth is I was still sold by this ad, and so will some ambitious people who wish to work from home.

BLOGGER AND BLOGEE REVAMP

I have been in the blog mode again. I now take in Content writing jobs and haven't cracked the cash cow potential yet but will get there. they say the more famous you are the more money you get. So my online goals for the meantime (note to self : These are not life and death goals.) is to:

1.) Finally make articles for my blog not just paid ones.

I noticed I've just really been doing a lot of ghost writing and or paid articles. there is not much expression on this blog not unlike when it once started. ( well they were dark expressions of my drunken moments) Things changed now so I should not be afraid to say whatever I think about now irregardless whether it is wrong or right. I will not be lazy to spend some quality on this thing. I got to put some confidence again in writing. I have been stopped by taking other people's opinions about my style personally. I look at some other friends of mine way back who started blogging with me. To hell they cared about people who bash their style in writing and as they moved on from one blow to another, you look at them now and they either are article writers for magazines and newspapers and or editors. They started writing as crappy as I did. Sensible life means sensible writing. So I will make my life sensible now so I can finally write something.

2.) Google Page Rank on the 6th Power
I try not to be very ambitious at this moment but aim for a Google Page Rank 6. So far I am in the 2. I just don't want to be stuck on a Page Rank Level 2 which I have been in for a year since I last started filling this with some rants and thoughts since the time I decided to write again.

3.) Put some sense in my adsense:

I found out that my adsense account wasn't set up right. Since I found out about SEO, I promised to focus more in the right keywording and specifying channels for my adsense account. I am stuck with the last amount that I checked and have not progressed from there.

4.) Social Bookmark.. to death.

I found out there are a lot, and I mean a lot of social bookmarking websites that catalog posts for efficient searching. connecting to them means connecting to the world so there I will go. To know more about social bookmarking click here.

5.) Aim for a block on Pages:

What I mean to say is to have dominance in the google search of the name Remy Marie Del Rosario in google. I did quite an achievement already since I last looked and have stopped at 2 pages of my full name. I aim for ten pages at least. FYI, doing a search on my online monicker, theremymarie has already bought 4 blocks in searches. Key: Post your self to death any where.

Why am I trying to achieve these goals anyhow? To be a credible provider of SEO services. How can you offer Search optimization when you cannot search optimize your name right? Doesnt make sense to me but its funny because I just have my own ways of doing things. I like it because its a strength of mine but sometimes it becomes a problem when I think I'm so right.

Look for a webhost in a webhost rating site!

If you are a web designer may it be of a blog or an online store, the best way to go around for suitable web resources such as web hosts and email hosts is to really look. There is a website called www.webhostrating.com that reviews best web hosting resources. It also provides you a directory of web online resources you can ever find. It also gives you a review of website hosts they deem valuable.

Although the site has enough resources for you to get what you need, my suggestion is to have an introductory page of the web site's gist so that people would find it easier to understand and navigate in to find what they want. Another wonderful resource that you can consider reading is their articles page wherein they give tips on the best website resource the latest article being The Ups and Downs of Reseller Hosting that talks about the risks and advantages in picking this option. Aside from that they give a chance for other web hosts to be featured by being submitted in their listing page.

Did I forget to tell you that the reviews are made by different individuals that have used the service providers taking their time out to express their opinion about the web hosting providers. Some of the providers mentioned there though are unheard of but is sure interesting to try out. But right now I am in contract with godaddy for my hosting services.

Man I am still sick until now. My throat has been irritated and mucous-y for 3 darn weeks already. It was already on its way out when it got irritated badly again when we cleaned this Sunday. I wish this Cough and Cold would go away for good.

I am on an indefinite leave and have been pretty much spending a quiet and productive time at home, reading planning and keeping up. On Saturday I would be joining Minda and her teammates for flag and come Sunday would be joining in soccer. I have been very much looking forward to playing again in a team. It has been 8-9 years since I last played. I have been increasing my stamina for it.

KNOW THE ONE THAT CALLS YOU

A cool website thats serves as Caller Identifier allows users to leave comments about number they don't know that have called them. It is essential right now to have these reports online so you and other consumers can be protected from unwanted scams in the telephone and or phone calls that bother you at night. It's funny because I have been looking for a site like this for days already. I get phone calls from automated voice mails trying to scam me. Be warned and be alerted visit the site now.

Seduction

HostMonster - Perl, CGI, SSH, Free Domain

Seduction is a popular motif in history and fiction, both as a warning of the social consequences of engaging in the behavior or becoming its victim, and as a salute to a powerful skill.

It is not a person it is a force in the air. This force screws people up thinking it is their hormones, and or worst, Love but it is not. It is a force that try to turn something good into something horrible tainting the meaning of Love by attacking your senses and then fuels you with false hope. It is a battle.

This answers the question why people get screwed up by love. No it is not love that screws you its the force you let in in between. Love is such a great thing.

I am not going to be a victim. I have fallen to this trap before. You do well in knowing this too my friends.

I got a New Samsung I780 Phone

I use the cellphone in calling, barely for texting and rarely for taking pictures. I enjoy the convenience of having the function of a laptop and an easy to navigate scheduler. My style is more of the function and I focus little on the how it looks like.My last Phone was Ericsson's k770i which I got as a freebie from my Smart Cell Plan Renewal with a 3.2 megapixel camera I carried to Baler for some picture taking that got lost in a tricycle ride from the market whilst buying dinner for my 12 friends one sunday.

I got a new Phone. A Samsung i780. It has a PDA feature, which I needed for my job to stay connected sans a laptop. It kinda works like a blackberry but better because It has a familiar windows interface. I got sold with it's mini touchpad that works like a mouse that makes it a mini laptop. Initially I liked the Nokia E71 because it looked slick and steady figuring that it would work as a PDA because it looked like one, but once I navigated it and got to see the Samsung i780, my desire for the slick looking phone got killed.

Key features

* Unique dual mode touchpad navigation
* Built-in GPS with A-GPS support
* Large 2.55" 320x320 pixels TFT touchscreen display
* Good preloaded content
* Innovative home screen plug-in
* Wi-Fi, Bluetooth with A2DP
* HSDPA, 3.6 Mbps
* Fast Marvell PXA3xx processor
* 256MB ROM and 128MB RAM (~ 150MB is user available)
* Full QWERTY keyboard
* 2 megapixel camera

The battery is quite the same as my last PDA Phone, The Treo 680. It will only last you a couple of hours or even just a day when you fully utilize its internet capabilities. Good thing they included an extra battery and a charging case so you can charge away the spare as you use the other one.

Do I reco you get it? Only when you a function fiend like me.

INVESTOR ALERT: Getting your nose on crooks and scamsters online

In this day and age, you can get a load of information on the internet about someone's character, especially when you don't know them that well or when Google is not enough. In my job, I come across hundreds of companies with executives posing as experts but end up as crooks with criminal records. As part of due diligence it is necessary for me to do a criminal background check of people we deal with offshore. Hiring a detective the old school way would be difficult. There are ways online on how to do a background check with the availability of government records online. My wise tip for "Long" investors is to do a criminal check on people involved in the companies. This is part of assessing the stability of the company based on their character as individuals.

Nigerian scams

Nigerian official: greedy marks as guilty as 419 scammers

By Jacqui Cheng | Published: August 22, 2008 - 10:40AM CT

People who fall for so-called "Nigerian scams" aren't victims at all—in fact, they're greedy and should be jailed, according to Nigerian high commissioner Sunday Olu Agbi. He said today that Nigeria has gained a bad reputation because of the scams perpetrated by a minuscule number of people, and that those who find themselves involved with the scams are equally as guilty as those running them.

"The Nigerian Government frowns very seriously on these scams... and every day tries to track down those who are involved," Olu Agbi told the Sydney Morning Herald in response to a previous article on Australians falling for Nigerian scams. "People who send their money are as guilty as those who are asking them to send the money."

Out of the 140 million people in Nigeria, Olu Agbi said that fewer than 0.1 percent were involved in Nigerian scams. The scams, also referred to as 419 scams or advance-fee fraud, predate the Internet, but have exploded in recent years thanks to the proliferation of e-mail and instant money transfers. Although the scams can take on many forms—from payments for products sold on eBay or Craigslist, to deposits on houses and purchases of plane tickets for "true love" on the other side of the ocean—they all follow the same general theme.

Scammers send huge checks to unsuspecting victims with some story attached to explain the overpayment, and the victim is expected to wire back the difference immediately. Eventually when the checks are deposited, they bounce and the victim is out a lot of money. Sometimes, victims are tricked into thinking they'll eventually be paid back and continue to participate in this endless cycle of sending money, especially if the scammer is wooing them romantically (which happens more commonly than one might think, to both men and women).

Although this kind of fraud originates from all over the world, it seems to have an unusually high concentration in Africa and, specifically, Nigeria. This has, unsurprisingly, cast Nigeria in a negative light. Olu Agbi said that Nigeria's reputation for being involved with the scams has even hurt the country's ability to land business deals. "[T]hose who want to transact business with us are always very suspicious," he told the newspaper.

Still, Olu Agbi's "blame the victim" mentality won't help Nigeria win any friends, but education on how to spot 419 scams and avoid falling for them can certainly go a long way in curbing their growth. After all, once victims stop blindly forking over cash, scammers will have to figure out some other way to make money.

Truth Serum - Dishwalla

I just want to share with you lyrics of one of my favorite Dishwalla songs.

Truth Serum

You're not angry at me
You're just angry
And I'm just standing here while you're down
Now I see the real world
When it's too late
When it's too late to matter now

Bridge
Truth serum is in your veins
Saying things I can't explain
Truth serum is in your veins
Saying things I can't explain

Chorus
They always say, truth will find a way
It makes you sick, cause you can't take it
They always say, the truth will find a way
Truth serum is in your veins

Now I see you strip down
Never need for
Have I ever seen you drown?
‘Cause your not angry at me
You're just angry
And I am standing here while you're down

Bridge

Chorus

Truth serum is in your veins
Saying things I can't explain
You tell me more
It's spectacular

They always say, truth will find a way
It makes you sick, cause you can't fake it
They always say, truth will find a way
Truth serum is in your veins

Chorus

Moments that make your day.

A while ago while in the shower after a thigh beating leg abuse and core torture ( I am talking about exercise) I put my face right in the strong flow of the shower feeling a tingling sensation in my tensed facial muscles and though...MAN THIS IS IT... THIS MAKES THE DAY.

I keep treasure of something today and it goes:
Heb:14-15 Since the children are made of flesh and blood, it's logical that the Savior (Jesus) took on flesh and blood in order to rescue them by his death. By embracing death, taking it into himself, he destroyed the Devil's hold on death and freed all who cower through life, scared to death of death.

Man , when we were born we get up and get ready for pre school in preparation for elementary. In elementary we are groomed to be ready with high school. In high school we are preparing ourselves for college. In college we prepare to hit the workforce. We hit the workforce we are set up for something better and save money for retirement. In between, some get married and have children. In between some encounter issues and get comfortable with themselves. In between all of these life happens. We get hurt, We loose trust and we fear. Some get tired, some escape but the truth is we are all looking for something better than ourselves. We chase it and we chase it we think we got it but we end up looking until we find ourselves spinning, spinning in fear. The worst things we fear, death and rejection. The best wish we had in the world is for someone to take us out and carry us to bliss, we chase this knowing not where we will get it or not. Some give up and take their lives and some seek for answers and end up in the very same spot where it all begins and ends.

And i will not end with some answer. Seek and you shall find.

TOP TEN LARGEST MALLS IN THE WORLD.

Who says Philippines is a very poor country. Think Again.

10 shopping malls rank as the world’s largest, based on the amount of “Gross Leasable Area” - the number of square feet the property has for revenue-generating activities like retail, dining and amusements. Asia is home to eight of the world’s 10 largest malls, six of which were built in the last three years. Rankings are based on statistics from Eastern Connecticut State University, which compliles data from mall management companies.

[source: Forbes]

World's Largest Mall

South China Mall
Location: Dongguan, China

Year Opened: 2005
Gross Leasable Area: 7.1 million square feet
In the Chinese mall arms race, this facility opened a year after the Golden Resources Mall to displace it as the country’s and the world’s largest. The space includes wind milss and theme parks, plus a replica of the Arc de Triomphe.

World's Largest Mall

Golden Resources Shopping Mall
Location: Beijing, China
Year Opened: 2004
Gross Leasable Area: 6 million square feet
Not sprawling, this is a stackep-up five story mall. Approximately 1,000 stores, selling plenty of familar global brands like Nike and DKNY. A truly ambitious real estate project, with new apartments and offices, surround the mall. A tough location outside the heart of the city has resulted in disappointing traffic from foreign tourists.

World's Largest Mall

SM Mall of Asia
Location: Pasay City, Philippines
Year Opened: 2006
Gross Leasable Area: 4.2 million square feet

Includes the first Olympic-sized swimming pool and first IMAX theater in the Philippines. Spread over four buildings, customers can get around on a 20-seat tram

World's Largest Mall

West Edmonton Mall
Location: Edmonton, Alberta, Canada
Year Opened: 1981
Gross Leasable Area: 3.8 million square feet
The biggest in North America, the West Edmonton Mall has over 800 stores, along with attractions like a water park, skating rink, casino and rides.

World's Largest Mall

SM Megamall
Location: Mandaluyong City, Philippines
Year Opened: 1991
Gross Leasable Area: 3.6 million square feet

Fun stuff includes bowling, ice skating and a 12-cinema movie theater, along with traditional mall fare like arcade games. Customers can also get a haircut or see a doctor at the Manila clinic.

World's Largest Mall

Berjaya Times Square
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Year Opened: 2005
Gross Leasable Area: 3.4 million square feet
Built with an adjacent hotel and convention center. In addition to over 1,000 retail shops, the mall includes a 12-story-high roller coaster, plus a pool, skating rink and “Cosmo’s World,” a children’s theme park.

World's Largest Mall

Beijing Mall
Location: Beijing, China
Year Opened: 2005
Gross Leasable Area: 3.4 million square feet
The first real suburban mall in China, located about an hour from downtown Beijing, this center has four levels with parking for 8,000 cars, plus a man-made beach. Bootlegged DVDs of American movies are a top seller.

World's Largest Mall

Zhengjia Plaza
Location: Guangzhou, China
Year Opened: 2005
Gross Leasable Area: 3 million square feet
Has been known to attract over half a million shoppers on a good day. Another mixed-use space, the mall has a hotel and office tower in addition to retail stores.

World's Largest Mall

SM City North Edsa
Location: Quezon City, Philippines
Year Opened: 1985
Gross Leasable Area: 3 million square feet

The first major “mega mall” built by SM Prime Holdings, which now claims three of the largest 10 in the world. It’s a five-story complex that boasts over 100 retail outlets and restaurants, along with 12 cinemas, a bowling alley and skating rink. An IMAX theater could be added soon.

World's Largest Mall

King of Prussia Mall
Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA
Year Opened: 1962
Gross Leasable Area: 2.8 million square feet
This product of the original U.S. mall building surge in the early 1960s still survives on the top 10 list, at least until the next big project goes up in Asia. Billing itself as the “premier shopping destination on the East Coast,” this mall takes advantage of its location right off the Pennsylvania Turnpike to draw shoppers from New York, New Jersey and Maryland to its 400 stores. Despite a lack of theme parks and other modern amenities, package deals with Radisson Hotels and cross-marketing with nearby attractions like the Revolutionary War encampment at
Valley Forge draw out-of-state shoppers looking to get away for a day or two.

IT knowledge and Efficiency IS the key.

I only have a simpleminded approach in handling routers. Certainly additional learning would proppell me to greater heights I know. In the early stages of my stay in my current company, I somewhat initially handled the function of IT. I could have excelled in that field and be paid lucratively however issues with details got in my way. Choosing whether I should be making calls, doing the IT job of configuring routers, channeling diagrams of connections and getting frustrated in between led me to just excel in Making Calls and getting deals done. The details send my mind to a spin. Now our IT manager handles our routing demands. I had only wished our CRM would be Cisco. I have encountered Cisco Systems in my past jobs through their CRM systems and interfaces. Cisco's efficiency gave enough accuracy for reports generation and CRM development. Working as a Team Leader in Enfra USA monitoring agent transactions using Cisco certainly gave our company leverage in Outbound Customer Care.

Our phone routing systems are handled in separate routers. The routing is just an A and B system. Matt, Our IT Manager could sure use help from cisco.com's Cisco certification And if he gets it right man, I can't imagine how efficient our system would be. It will lead to more business generation and profit. Good systems handled by certified people such as the Cisco Certified People certainly go places. This nationally recognized online course and authorized certification training program provides students with the essential knowledge to install, configure, and operate simple routed LANs and WANs (computer thingies in layman) and obtain Cisco CCNA certification training. Matt will gain knowledge of switched LAN Emulation networks made up of Cisco equipment.

This is a busy month

Watched Dark Knight, a sad Batman movie. Nevertheless it was a good one because it made me hold my Pee for 2.5 hours. One minute of not paying attention makes you get lost in the story. Over all the focus on the Joker's demented persona and how he and Batman attacked each other was well portrayed by Heath Ledger who sadly died in the course of making Dark Knight. Overly bitter and mental was his character and for sure sinking into it would make you go down. It's sad that for a price of fame and fortune, he had to go down and eventually loose control of his real life.

What is a real good makes sense movie is Juno. The story talks about the harsh reality of sexual curiosity. One good first time pleasure would hit you of the realities of getting pregnant and would steal something from your youth. The movie eventually realizes that behind a mistake lies correction and moving on. You got to watch it.

I realized part of watching a movie is you have something to talk about. I imagine having not watched those movies I have watched I wouldnt have anything to talk about right at this very second. I could talk about my work or my daily living or what I see in the gym or how i feel but that would not help much at all.

Just spent weekends with my mother who was missing me so and wanted some company. She has just overcome some sickness that hit her and now under theraphy. And in this phase and stage of her life she needs some talking and care. I have never had this kind of friendly relationship with my mother. We bonded and spent our time looking for somethings she needed and bought her a bag she liked which I hope she is happy with. I also gave her a book to read on her alone time. My other likes to move a lot so when she has silent moments like anyone else, her mind goes someplace else.

I have also started a buddy program with my housemate. We had our diet contract wherein we listed down foods that are banned in the house. We also made commitments on scheduling our meals on time and grocery shopping meals together. I also made a commitment in going to the gym 4 times a week and have laid down a program of Cardio - abs - legs - arms and back in that 4 times a week cycle.

I havent paid much attention in my blogging for money experiment. This week is a busy week for office planning.

By the way, EHeads is really going to have a concert. I am not coming but my friends are. Best of luck to that gig and I hope it will be safe and sound for people who are going to go. My friend buena is really coming home from Malaysia for that.

Eraserheads: A reunion

Women's Classic Woman Pastel Tweed Blazer

I am a member of the mailing list of the now defunct and evolved icon of Philippine Rock music, The Eraserheads. By golly, I was one fan, my classmates and friends roadies and have seen them evolved from one band to another. Not until news from the blogmill circulated that the Big E will have a reunion. A stagerring 10 Million per member was paid for a 45 minute set. This Red List event was sponsored by marlboro.

Unfortunately for me, I outgrew the aching for the band. But I still get in tune of what is happening to them.

I can certainly watch this event on video which I hope Marlboro would provide thereafter. So I can see them in action sans sweat and stink which I am sure would be present at that time.

And I am very sure fans would be dying to get a hold of a front row ticket and or go back to the P.I for that just one day. A perfect sample is my friend Buena who at UP has been very crazy over them. Today I messaged her the news and here is why they are a big bad band event to watch out for.

MOVIES I RECO YOU NOT WATCH

THE HANCOCK: AN AWKWARD TWIST.

The problem, It is an awkward movie, the ending is weak. The first half was really done well, I'm thinking angry superhero meeting a pr person turning his life around would be good stuff to watch. Until that Charlize Theron turnaround came up and it terrorized the movie till the end. I personally think that the movie will turn out ok if they say they will make a sequel and or it was not Charlize Theron who took that part. Charlize is too heavy and charming for that role. Think Jumper and that the only way it will be watched is because of Will Smith. It managed to rake box office tix despite of the fact that it was lame.

THE HAPPENING: A NON EVENT

Now this movie had a lot of build up in the story, with a confusing synopsis and a "WHAT??" ending. I had to read the reviews just to check if it was the plants who made the people go insane or what. Turns out they had wacko interpretations of their own. I have always thought of M. Night as a great director with The Village and Lady in the Water. But the Happening is simply a non event so to speak. Mark Wahlberg's prowess was just a waste with all this running around trying to avoid the plant/terrorist attack to all of a sudden end with a question mark.

WATCHING OUT FOR:

Any movie that will make sense. Drop me a line with your reco's for good movies.

What have I been up to?

Because being alive is so great, I am busy. Not too busy for life but my life has color and activity.

I have just recently had a great trip with my officemates/friends to Taal, Batangas. the view is so breath taking. We trekked the volcano riding a horse just to get to the summit.

Apart from doing that I have also managed to get into a program of going to the gym for 18 months. I am now also watching what I eat. I made a deal with my house mate and have come to terms via a contract that we should refrain from eating food that we have put on our list. It is fun though to have a diet buddy it keeps me up with my goals. Exercising does well too, the surges on serotonin helps curb the irritation.

Will continue my journal later.

Getting to your customers the efficient way

If you are heavy on the e-commerce thang and heavy on customer service but lack the manpower to do so, Technology has its way on delivering messages of needs and wants, particularly ProCallback by Mercia Networks. It allows webmasters to set up web boxes with ease by just installing a code to be controlled in the Procallback website. A SINGLE LINE OF CODE, ladies and gents, not like the javascripting of some services. And since you are FOR service efficiency, Mercia promises customization of your need of information and filters out unnecesarry prank messaging of punks on the web. Ever seen a website that makes you wait till they email? Well this box / interface allows easy interaction between you and your customers rather than having to make them go through and email contact form and send an automatic unknown message back that says "We will get back to you shortly..." . Isn't that a pain especially if your concern is immediate? And inexpensive to 37.05 Pounds if you want to get it through a reseller or 39.95 if you go direct.

Talking about easy to much on this article, Reselling the product is also one. If you want to know more about the deal, you can go HERE

For more information regarding this you can visit Mercia Networks HERE Mercia provides website solutions to Jaguar. Now how's that for a credential?

SEVEN QUESTIONS THAT WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFE

I am taking John Chow dot com's

Seven Questions That Will Change Your Life

* What will I try to improve on next week?
- I will improve on making decision and always see to it I exclude what I feel. And always be objective. I will not make excuses on doing what I am supposed to do.May it be little things such as writing that business plan, asking so and so for help, making clear things I am unclear of.

* What was I most proud of this week?
- I am most proud of the fact that I screwed up and I am ok with it, obsessed a little but did not dwell on beating my self up why I sis such a bad job on making decisions. I learned that if I let go of my control and seek help from people who deserve to fix the Job, then let it be so.

* What was my biggest accomplishment this week?
- My biggest accomplishment for the week is finally asking an expert for help in things I can't do such as programming and or running a service that technically I have no known character to do.

* What have I done to get closer to my life goals this week?
- I accepted more my inabilities and focused more in my abilities.

* What was hard for me this week, and why?
- What is hard for me this week is having a monthly period. I had the most terrible period in months. Heavy flow, Migraine, Body Ache and the works. Also what was hard for me this week is being an automatic slave to emotions, mastering the art of it and not be so heated up by anything that I see or notice.

* What was my biggest waste of time this week?
-Talking about nonesense and criticism. Attention to my fear of man and irritations.

*What did I do this week that made me ashamed?
- Anything that I was Proud of, being a leader, having ideas, working hard and the failures due to being too proud of nothing.

I SHALL NOT EAT INSIDE MCDONALDS SUCAT PARANAQUE

Dear Mr. CEO of Mcdonalds (SYMBOL: MCD)

Aside from the shrinking serving and very poor service that most of your franchises here have. I have to tell you that Your Sucat, Paranaque Branch suck.

Below is the picture of a mosquito infested, poorly interior decorated and oh so messy stinky and very old bathroom, plus the unwashed curtain from pre school days makes this branch of Mcdonalds a sequel of the Twighlight zone.

The part that bugged me so much is the Lola Decorations of THAT PLATE in THE WALL.

It is old and dead, with over cooked spaghetti even.

I just want to put this in your attention as I believe that one experience can kill everybody's Mcdonalds experience.

The Run Bazooka of the Yahoo! and Google Mind

The recently kept myself in track of the Microsoft and Yahoo buyout deal, the Icahn clout tout and Google's firm grip of the world wide web.

I am a fan of Google, I believe that they are the current metric of the world wide web. Google created the idea of putting up a sattelite map to satisfy my ever exploring mind and made Google Earth available to end users free of charge ( but if you want better features, you gotta sign up). Google made a way on making me money while I am just serving the purpose of its free search benefits. Google made researching easy. They put the most effective page ranking next to Alexa. They made the internet a better place by sifting thru infected to non infected pages. They made me see that I am a fool for not keeping track of my calendar and realize that believing and relying on them so much,I AM A FOOL at April Fools. (Remember Virgle?)

So far I share it with fellow Geeks who thrive on the world wide web and desktop adventure. Upon hearing the news that Microsoft is Buying out Yahoo to compete with Google, I already thought that it was utterly stupid. My initial reaction is, "are you kidding me? Unless Yahoo is stupid enough to be chewed in by careless and stupid Vultures and spit out after being eaten by Google in even trying to threaten it's lair...." . Google already set up the world wide domain by having the most up-to-date data crawlers and establishing advertising metrices for the Top Web Advetising firms. Microsoft has no known new and improved experience instead from the has been domination of the PC's that runneth over MAC, but that is it. (I am a windows XP user myself who loath VISTA, Mellenium etc.) They were already outwitted by different kinds of developers including APPLE for Safari, Mozilla for Firefox up against the Internet Explorer. Media Player has already been etched out by a variety of players around that it was lucky to be included on the Windows Package. and they better be aware that soon and very soon I hope, LINUX for UBUNTU up against WINDOWS. I am in close distance to signing up for their free program.

The Microsoft and Yahoo saga became old as I have told you the post after this one. It has became stale in two rounds of talks. Characters imerging to form a coup to walk out on who ever. The emergence of that Icahn character who I assume don't even do researches on his own and just relies on the data of his fellow non online diggers to even realize what they are even trying to do. It was a sure failure from day one as these characters just put it out there for the sake of GREED. Oh please.

Nevertheless, kudos to Jerry Yang for taking his stand and his smart wits to instead partner up wwth Google. I am sure that he knows that it would be more powerful to converge and stay ally with the one who runs the world wide web tally!

SPAM - A RECESSION DEAL

Before the rise of the dreaded Spam Mail of the tech age, there's an excess of America's first canned ham (''Hormel Flavor-Sealed Ham'') circa 1926 in a form of a pink blob that Hormel developed as a commodity eleven years later. The first canned meat product that did not require refrigeration called SPAM.

And why is it the hottest commodity nowadays? The Deal is, a can of Spam for 2 bucks or so a pop can be one person's Breakfast, Lunch and dinner. Slide it in the middle of white bread is acceptable. Cube it in your soup is a good try.Fry two pieces of a cut spam is good enough with eggs and rice or bread if you want too.Word has it that Spam's maker, Hormel Foods Corp., reported in May that it saw strong sales of Spam in the second quarter, helping push up its profits 14 percent. According to sales information coming from Hormel, provided by The Nielsen Co., Spam sales were up 10.6 percent in the 12-week period ending May 3, compared to last year.

Do you know that this was one of the secret colonizing arsenal that the U.S. ever had in the World War II? Ton loads of Spam were surplused at the american bases, we had a taste of it along with the same sized canned corned beefs of the world. Here in the Philippines, Spam is considered in some extent the hottest commodity in the OFW and American lover packages. Comes the most coveted next to chocolates and Pringles. There is a local version of spam here, a chinese manufactured thing called MA-LING. I would always have that in rice, fried rice and egg next to my black coffee.

In Hawaii, Spam is called "The Hawaiian Steak." One popular Spam dish in Hawaii is Spam musubi, in which cooked Spam is combined with rice and nori seaweed and classified as onigiri. Hawaii along with Guam and other Pacific Island regions is the epicenter of Spam sales, Hugely popular and is the closest staple next to rice. Amazing.

Flavors of Spam are:

Spam Classic - original flavor
Spam Hot & Spicy - with tabasco flavor
Spam Less Sodium - "25% less sodium"
Spam Lite - "33% less calories and 50% less fat"
Spam Oven Roasted Turkey
Spam Hickory Smoke flavor
Spam Spread - "if you're a spreader, not a slicer...just like Spam Classic, but in a spreadable form"
Spam with Bacon
Spam with Cheese
Spam Garlic
Spam Golden Honey Grail - a limited-release special flavor made in honor of Monty Python's SPAMALOT Broadway musical.

You can get a lot of Spam recipes online by going to their website: www.spam.com, And also you can suggest a spam meal here.

In this state of the Market, Steve says It is not too bad to have an Ipod 3G after all.

The picture above is Steve Jobs on the new IPhone 3G. It I see nothing fancy except for its 3G capabilities also poses as the new PDA. By the way, Martha Stuart said a while ago while I was watching her show rerun in Sky Cable that she loves her IPhone,in a portion where she teaches every woman how to clean their bag.

I am still on the MAC side in Apple, anything other than the MAC, I am a little uneasy about. I personally think that the best touchscreen-in-PDA's award goes to Treo. I don't think Apple is pretty much reliable on the touchscreen side except for its current and upbeat fad-a-cola.

I admit that amongst the new Apple Technologies, the good old version of Ipod is doing well in terms of its battery life consistency compared to any battery operated things around.

In the equity side of things I have to tell you that among all companies out there, I think Apple deserves the most publicized, hyped tech company award of the coming century. I mean look at the trade chart of AAPL, Steve Jobs knows what he is doing as far as creating ruckus in the market is concerned, even surpassing Microsoft and Yahoo 's trade. In my opinion , it is good to catch AAPL on the lows, because Steve is headed on creating an APPLE REVOLUTION, but then again you may consider not to if you are not as gungho as Steve and try to consider his past failures prior to returning to APPLE. IMO, it is very timely for Apple to come up with such noise since the Microsoft and Yahoo deal is getting old and stale.... Very very stale.

Ipod 3G Promises to deliver faster internet, because of the Cellular Networks' 3rd generation internet and also boasts of being half the price too. For only $200 a pop folks, thats 8.600 PHP. Thats nearly the cost of a brand new Nokia not so 3G phone. Talk about domination. I mean Nokia and Samsung ought to watch out for their respective market shares because with the IPhone's slide through mark down-dom sends a message to all the wanna be Ipod owners in the world and in this trying times as my favorite man Warren Buffet say its Recession folks, IT IS NOT SO BAD TO HAVE AN IPHONE 3G AFTER ALL.

Disclosure: THIS IS NOT A PAID APPLE ADVERTISEMENT. I WISH IT WAS BUT ITS NOT. ANYTHING I SAY IS BASED ON MY OPINION.

Social Spark by Izea

I just recently posted a profile in socialspark.com, an online social media marketing website that poses as a social networking slash money making site. I see this is a better way to spend going around the internet as you can bank on your friendships. a TWO WAY opportunity for you and the web developed by
IZEA. This is the most brilliant idea yet since the emergence on social media in the webplace. Think about switching and driving your 500 or so multiply or facebook friends to SocialSpark. I my self have collectively over 400 friends in both networks and as I think about it, I help my bum, internet surfing friends to go and check it out.
You get to gain friends too and view interesting blogs.

So what a way to go huh.

The only thing though is there's a lot of things in the front page. I find it difficult to follow and understand how it's mechanics work for it is not made as easy as the payperpost site. However if you check out and view the help page it talks about the questions you might want to ask and then as you go along it is easy.

I like the trendy lay out too. It is posh and upbeat. Kudos to the graphic designer and its user friendsly interface in the sign up.

Check out my profile at http://socialspark.com/bloggers/theremymarie, add me so I can finally take opportunities and make money. That's how it work my friends. The more friends and followers, the more I make money.

A time well spent in the internet is money well earned.

Bazooka Joe, If your house is full of termites check this out

If you would like to find out how to have a termite-free house, here is my suggestion: Get to know termites and how to keep them out of your territory. There are tons of factoids out there that talks about the nitty gritty on termites. one of them is www.killthetermites.com

You may have moved in a newly constructed home, you will never know it but you are still a candidate of termite attacks. Termites grow from the same ground as a neighbor that has one so even if your house was made from scratch, If you are not sure that the land owner conducted soil treatment before that house was built, you better have your house checked once a month. There is a lot of information about termites that can be found here. You can also look pictures of termites at that website.

My worse termite experience happened back at my parent's old house in Novaliches. It's absurd when these creatures start flying around dawn and gather in the light, let alone having them fly all over my hair. It is such a hassle cleaning up as I see the flying, beaten creatures shed wings all over the place.Take a look at that site see for yourself.I have never read such good information about termites before.

Happy surfing!

Man, This sure made my day today!

We all wanna change the world man, Earth just has been very small with too many cooks in the kitchen and so much stuff to live with. That is a Bazillion year issue. And then I stumbleupon Virgle.

Virgle is yet another radical effort by Sir Richard Branson along side Larry Page and Sergey Brin of Google. 2 months ago they announced in a Press Release that they are looking for volunteers as the very first settlers in the planet mars. Project Virgle: the first permanent human colony on Mars.

I signed up to find out they closed the application and find out that It was an April Fools joke by Google for 2008. But it is now a real and genuine effort by an increasing number of people to create ideas and ways in which mankind can inhabit planets other than earth in due course.

THAT WAS ABSOLUTELY HILARIOUS AND SURELY SERVED ITS PURPOSE.

So far there were 345 Suckers.

AND SPEAKING OF WHAT IM GOING TO DO WITH THE MONEY....

I have been SERIOUSLY THINKING about getting a car. I don`t care if it is new or it is used. I just have to get one. For one, the cost of the back and forth cab calling costs me PHP 700 per day. I go back and forth 3 times a week so that cost me PHP 2100 a week on back and forth-ing. It`s time to get an SUV to fit people I invite to the lifeline meetings or any given occasion I need people with me to. Buying a new car simply doesnt do it for the cost is high with a depreciation thing I need to think about. Buying used cars is a deal so good because for one, the depreciation of the original price has took effect that you wouldn`t feel the pain of that nickel dripping as you use it. But to consider buying a used car, you may want to look around different resources, in the web in particular so it will save you from a total RIP OFF. Better make sure as well that the seller already has credibility. Here in the Philippines, the best sources come from newspapers such as buynsell and tsikot. You can roam around the metro and see establishments that offer 2nd hand cars such as CATS et al. LOOK FOR PAPERS to make sure what you are buying, although its a good deal, would not be CARNAPPED CARS ayt! I had a friend who was stupid enough not to look and actually got a run in with the authorities and after which deported because he bought a stolen car.

I'm considering getting a nissan X-TRAIL or maybe an Isuzu Crosswind. If I would be lucky I might get a CRV. An SUV that is automatic, not manual drive, NOT a Gas guzzler and has low to none in mechanical problems. I might also consider asking my parents` opinion for they are experts in the automotive field having an auto repair and rebuilding business.

With all these I know I can get a better deal by doing my due diligence in selecting used cars.

The trek back to THE VARSITARIAN and some snippets of the filipino culture

Any thomasian know The Varsitarian, I think it's the oldest org paper in the Philippines. What struck me in the front pages though is
VATICAN CONFIRMS DELA ROSA UST’s 95th rector to be installed June 10
Funny because I didn't know that aside from The Pope, The Saints and all, The Vatican has a say to U.S.T`s rector.

I miss Santo Tomas, the smell of grass in the morning field, the adrenaline in the gym, The Ala Starbucks in P noval and that string of joints in the parameters of that heart of espana. Almers, Cocoys, Ryan J gym, Goldilocks, Pizzahut, Lopez, and that fried chicken place which I forgot.

I left Santo Tomas NOT in a heart beat. I had to go through widthrawals because I had an addiction to football at that time. I smell the grass, I drop my bags and drop my course and play. We always had a saying, "Sagabal ang Pag aaral sa Football". How I regret it now. I didnt know anything then so..

The Varsitarian was the first paper I have ever seen my name on. Hahahaha. I figured hat time if I made an impact in those thousands of students in Santo Tomas, I can make an impact in the world. To at least, my little world.

And then I saw yet another headline
Korean student population up
OH DEAR, i think half of the population are Koreans. Nothing Bad with that. But whats funny is the culture change as they trek here for some reason. In Korea, they are all fast and Gungho with discipline and cleanliness. Back here they get (some okay) infected by whats-in-the-air here in the Philippines. I don`t know but do you notice as well as I do that the only time a lazybone Philly gets his butt on fire is when he decides, in a turning point in his life, to GO OUT OF THE COUNTRY? I mean dang, why do you have to get out when we have such a rich country. ITS THE SOMETHING IN THE AIR BABY! Is it culture? Is it the enabling mentality of the filipinos? Dang, whatever that is! We are so entitled to aid for the thousands of years in our colonial minds that we dont even get up and move. But even though the Philippines is still like this, I love this country, we have the best resources and is still a blessed nation, like any other nation. We all ought to be thankful because we have so much that these foreign guys dont have thats why they tread how many miles just to get to this country.

BALER rendezvous

The pictures were taken from a weekend trip in Baler Aurora, Incase you don't know where the heck that is, Good news, We did not know too where on earth it was. All we knew was we got off our house went to Megamall and bought a map in national bookstore. After that we opened the map of Luzon and picked a destination. The rest was adventure. And I was so thanking God giving the ability for man to come up with a thing called GPRS. I just researched using my phone till we got to where we are going.

I admit it was impulsive. But the place was nice. I am not teaching you to get off unannounced because it placates danger. But just incase you plan on going to Baler, Aurora you may have to consider these factoids in tow.

1.) A plane, Sea Air its called flies there Monday and Friday 3:00 PM and 3:50 PM respectively. ONLY

2.) If you choose to travel by land, it will take you 8 hours via Genesis. For more info just walk along cubao just like what we did and ask the diff buss stations to point out to you where it is. Just be sure to take off in the morning so you will have a sure transpo and wont end up trip cutting.

3.) You may also take the long hard road, Riding a bus to Cabanatuan City (We took baliwag transit) and taking a chance in the Colorum Vans. You may text this number: 09204437181 and ask to reserve you a slot in the van. I personally think that this van route to baler is the best because they go on the off track road. You can count the ravines that you pass through in the sierra madre trail. You can also ask the van to take you to the place where you would stay.

4.) You may want to book a room at the only best inn there which is Bays Inn. 09189266697 is their cell number. They have cheap rates and good food, probably the best among the daintiest.

5.) There are many things to do there that in my opinion, 5 days would take you to do. You can hike, trek, climb, surf, swim, boat, picnic, island hop. In my case I just rode a banca and surfed.

6.) You can haggle for a banca ride of 700 bucks as oppose to the 1000 an hour posted in some blogs. The key is to look for a guy named anthony or roman and tell them I referred you.

7.) They shot Apocalypse Now in that area. They named a place there called Charlie`s Point. And thats what its called ever since.

8.) Surfing started there after the movie guys left their boards.

9.) Tourism there is weak. The waters are well kept and unspoiled.

10.) They have an actual rainforest with un endangered array of species.

11.) The first surf shop there is Mahdox Surf Shop. It has a cool owner too. I got to chat with her and is a surfer too.

12.) People are friendly and nice. They don`t rip you off. Which I guess is a good thing in places that are not frequented by people.
