I personally use Tai Taxi for 8 years now, Tai Taxi is the safest most friendly taxi cab service I have ever been in I left items there too that were returned to me including 2 cellphones in 8 years. You can also haggle rates if you are already a suki. They charge you unmetered rates so just use your nego skills. I like them because of the safety and courteousness of the drivers, you know they get taken cared of because they really make you feel like they take good care of you. In the length of using their service, they manage to keep the same drivers which tells a lot on how they are well taken cared of.
I have also use Xavierville as an alternative and I can say they are pretty good too. More practical since you just have to pay a pick up fee of 50 php on top of the meter.
Bad experiences with MGE, I do not recommend it. They have nasty drivers and annoying ones I never rode an MGE that had courteous drivers, they have always been a pain in the ass. It has always been a traumatic experience. I have always gotten to a tussle with their rude drivers.
I have yet to try the other ones in the list.
