Meralco Blues Starts not From Meralco People! We ought to Have a WESM watch! (WHAT THE HECK IS THAT?)
You know what I hear complains about their electric bill and all that, I was thinking to myself yeah not fair and it's ginormous increases until... I got My Meralco BILL And it was too darn huge.
